Usually teenagers are chasing a relationship, working low tier jobs to pay for their weekend fun and cell phone bills. But 19-Year Old Dan Legg isn’t a normal teenager. While his friends were probably living the normal teenage life, Dan was hard at work focusing on making more money than your average teen.

Entrepreneur Upbringing
Dan found his first successful venture in gaming. Specifically Minecraft, where he set up his own server to sell items through in game transactions to other players. Surprisingly enough, the market for video game items is huge. Some items can bring thousands of dollars and are very rare to collectors. Hungry for success, Dan started trading foreign currencies and founded a company called “Team FX”, where he helps others become successful traders as well.
Publicity
Dan has been featured across the media in publications such as The Daily Mail, The Sun, MSN and even Channel 5’s show “Rich Kids Go Homeless”. He has mentioned that he’s enjoyed the recognition. While most kids who appear on TV and across the web do for the wrong reasons, Dan keeps grounded despite his fame and success.
Staying True To Himself
Success takes it’s toll on many individuals. It can change who you are as a person, especially if you come from a background where success isn’t the norm. However, Dan has kept his modest background to stay true to who he has been his whole life. He makes sure not to alienate himself from friends and family, but rather keep them close and together.
Generosity

Dan is known to “share the wealth”. He takes his friends and family on lavish vacations and surprise trips. In a recent video he posted to YouTube, he is shown surprising his Mum, dad and brother to a trip on a private jet. He explained that it was always his parent’s dream to fly on a private jet. So, what is a kid to do with his success? That’s right, make his parent’s dreams come true. Usually it’s the parents making the kid’s dreams come true, but they must have raised Dan right for him to have the compassion to do the opposite!
